Michela Ramos serves our organization by growing and engaging with our membership to ensure that each member knows they are valued and appreciated, as we advocate on their behalf to make our state the best place to work and live.

Michela has more than 25 years of experience in business development and customer relations and has always enjoyed making authentic connections with people. She believes that we are all a part of the North Carolina community and have an obligation to contribute and continue to be better.

Originally from the Northside of Chicago, Michela attended Northeastern Illinois University and is a lifelong Cubs fan. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, often around her firepit on a Friday night, or out on the coast in Beaufort.
