With talent shortages impacting NC health care institutions’ ability to achieve their goals, the NC Chamber Foundation & the NC Center on the Workforce for Health have teamed up to introduce a best-in-class workforce development strategy called Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) to help communities across North Carolina approach these issues systematically and collaboratively.
