Join us as we return to in-person events with limited capacity and the safety of our attendees, vendors, staff, and community at large fully in mind. We are closely monitoring the current situation and will make careful determinations on how we hold each event as it approaches. Please review below guidelines prior to registering for an upcoming event. We look forward to hosting you!

Event Attendance

We welcome vaccinated guests to join us in person. Guests who are not vaccinated or fully vaccinated, experiencing any symptoms of illness, have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or do not feel comfortable attending in person are encouraged to sign up for our virtual option.

Social Distancing and Venue Safety

Our zero-contact check-in will be expanded to allow ample space for social distancing. Please be courteous of other guests in all public areas. Masks will be available upon request. Hand sanitizer stations will be added to all high-traffic areas including public and employee entrances, break rooms, and other locations with a considerable number of people. The venue staff will adhere to a schedule of cleaning and disinfecting high-touch, high-traffic areas including entrances and exits, restrooms, hallways, and event spaces.

Event Set-Up

Our in-person event will have limited capacity and table set-up in ballrooms will reflect this as well, including lower number of attendees seated at each table.  Even when attending in person, you may participate in any portion of the program virtually.


We will work closely with our venue to offer boxed, served, or pre-packaged meal options to ensure a safe delivery of products and services.
