Voluntary contributions to the NC Chamber PAC must be written on a personal check, charged to a credit card for which payment is made with personal funds, or made from another state or federal PAC registered with the NC State Board of Elections. Funds from corporations or business entities of any kind are prohibited by law. No individual or political committee may contribute more than $5,600 to a candidate committee or political committee in any election, totaling a maximum of $11,200 per two-year cycle.
