Kate Dorsch joined the NC Chamber in 2017 and currently serves as operations manager. In her role, Kate organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures, ensuring effectiveness, efficiency, and safety across the organization. She has continually enjoyed positions that have allowed her to take care of other employees. Kate takes pride in knowing her teammates have all the resources they need to be the best at their jobs.
A North Carolina native, Kate is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in parks, recreation, and tourism management. When she’s not listening to crime fiction/thriller novels online, cooking, or being creative through crochet or embroidery, she’s spending time with her family, her two bulldogs, and a deaf boxer.
The greatest piece of advice Kate has received comes from her grandfather, “If you don’t step on the gas so hard, you won’t have to step on the brakes so hard.”
