As senior creative manager, Taryn Schroder leads the branding and design for the NC Chamber. She enjoys problem solving and using her skills to elevate the look and experience of engaging with our organization.
Taryn was born and raised in Michigan, earning her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Grand Valley State University. After moving to Raleigh, Taryn began her career at an agency and later worked as a graphic designer for the Triangle Business Journal before joining the Chamber in 2017. Each experience has allowed Taryn to grow and develop her expertise in print and digital layout, infographic design, client relations, and branding, all of which has contributed to her success in her role at the NC Chamber. She continues to grow her skillset and is in the process of obtaining her Master’s in Business Administration from NC State University with a focus on marketing.
Taryn lives in Knightdale with her husband, Matt. Outside of the office, she can be found exercising her creativity by watercolor painting, enjoying a true-crime documentary binge, or hosting a game night with friends. She believes in the quote, “Do good work for good people,” and is proud to work for an organization where she can contribute her good work to the good work of others, all for the good of our state.
