Kick Imposter Syndrome to the Curb

Imposter syndrome — the persistent belief that one is undeserving of her successes and will be discovered as a “fraud” — is a hot topic in the professional community, particularly for women. As we lean into 2021, it’s time to banish this invisible adversary, and we’re creating an open space for professional women to do just that.

The NC Chamber invites you to participate in a complimentary Imposter Syndrome Working Group beginning in April, 2021. This new initiative will bring together professional women across North Carolina on a regular basis to share their experiences and strategies for conquering feelings of professional insecurity.

One-hour virtual meetings will include time for candid sharing, guest speakers and tailored presentations–all aimed at giving you a modern toolkit for embracing your worth and kicking imposter syndrome to the curb.
