Elizabeth Lane joined the NC Chamber as a communications manager in October of 2022 and quickly expanded her role and responsibilities. As Director of Communications, Elizabeth leads strategic issue communications and oversees social media strategy across the organization.
A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill’s School of Journalism and Media, Elizabeth has previously worked in influencer marketing where she managed brand partnerships and content creation across a variety of platforms. She is proud and grateful to be using her talents on the NC Chamber team that works to make North Carolina a top state to live and work.
Elizabeth was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina and enjoys frequent visits back to her hometown of Rocky Mount and the beaches of North Carolina. She and her husband live in Raleigh where they enjoy spending time with friends and family and cheering on the Tar Heels.
