The NC Chamber supports Senate Bill 484: Workplace Violence Prevention/Mass Picketing, a bill that would introduce changes to North Carolina’s workplace violence prevention laws to protect employees and employers.

The bill continues to allow employees to engage in mass picketing, while minimizing workplace violence against employees who choose not to participate.

We urge members of the North Carolina Senate to consider supporting this legislation as an important step toward creating a safer environment for both workers and employers. We thank our state leaders for their commitment to the safety and well-being of North Carolina’s workforce.
