The NC Chamber, in partnership with the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina and the North Carolina Critical Technologies Alliance, has joined the New American Industrial Alliance (NAIA), a national coalition working to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and industrial competitiveness. The announcement builds on the NC Chamber’s ongoing First in Defense initiative to position North Carolina as a top destination for defense manufacturing.

“The New American Industrial Alliance is excited to welcome the NC Chamber, the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, and the North Carolina Critical Technologies Alliance as the newest members of the movement to reindustrialize America,” NAIA said in a statement. “North Carolina has consistently been ranked as a top state to do business thanks to their leadership, and we look forward to working together to support economic development across the Tar Heel state.”
