Maintaining Our Right-To-Work Status

We are committed to fighting for policies that bolster certainty for employers and improve engagement within the workplace, including prioritizing the protection of North Carolina’s status as a right-to-work state, which has been the law in North Carolina since the 1940s. To be as competitive as possible in attracting new companies and enhancing the economic prospects of all North Carolinians, we will advocate to protect North Carolina’s right-to-work statute and ensure every person in North Carolina can pursue gainful employment without the requirement to join a union or pay union dues.
