As you may know, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is currently reviewing the National Ambient Air Quality standards for both ozone and particulate matter on a compressed time schedule.
Because your business may have related air permits, you could be affected by a change in either standard. As the evaluation process continues, the EPA must have a period of public review and comment, which is why we’d like to hear from you. As the exclusive state affiliate for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the NC Chamber is compiling feedback from affected stakeholders to share with the NAM. The NAM will then submit all feedback to the EPA.
