Katherine Drake Stowe is the director of the Farmer Innovation Bridge, where she connects North Carolina farmers with agtech innovators, starting with the problems farmers say matter most. She leads the program through NC Ag Leads.
Stowe earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and her master’s degree and doctorate in crop science from NC State University. Before joining the NC Chamber, she spent 10 years with the Soy Checkoff, most recently as director of collaboration and partnerships at the United Soybean Board. Raised on a small family farm in eastern North Carolina, she has built her career around serving farmers and supporting their success.
Katherine lives in Apex with her husband and their two young sons. In their free time, the family enjoys spending time outdoors, keeping up with two busy boys, and cheering on the Wolfpack.
