Michela Ramos joined the NC Chamber in 2020 as a member relations manager. She serves our organization by growing and engaging with our membership to ensure that each member knows they are valued and appreciated, as we advocate on their behalf to make our state the best place to work and live.

Michela has more than 25 years of experience in business development and customer relations and has always enjoyed making authentic connections with people. She believes that we are all a part of the North Carolina community and have an obligation to contribute and continue to be better. Michela is proud to work at an organization that lives its values of community spirit and courageous, transparent communication.

Originally from the Northside of Chicago, Michela is a lifelong Cubs fan and fondly remembers 2016 as being the best year. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family, dog, and circle of friends. Michela loves to run, work on house projects, read, explore our great state, and most of all, enjoy her firepit on a Friday night. She serves as a board member for WBON-Triangle, as well as the marketing director for The Ripple Effect Project, a non-profit based in Holly Springs.
