Tomiko Lane serves as the Member Engagement Manager at the NC Chamber, where she leads initiatives to strengthen relationships with business members across the state. In this role, Tomiko ensures that members are connected to the Chamber’s resources, advocacy efforts, and opportunities for collaboration that drive economic growth and prosperity in North Carolina.
With a background in relationship management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, Tomiko brings a people-centered approach to her work, focusing on understanding the unique needs of each member organization and delivering value through meaningful connections and support.
Tomiko helps foster a thriving business community and takes pride in assisting companies of all sizes in amplifying their voice through active participation in the Chamber’s work. She holds a degree from Appalachian State and is an advocate for inclusive economic development and long-term business success throughout the state.
Raised as a child of the Marine Corps on the coast of NC, she spends her free time crafting and tap dancing. A community ambassador for Designed for Joy, Tomiko raises awareness for women coming from crisis situations and helps them find courage to emerge from their circumstances and gain meaningful work.
