What if I’m getting an error when registering more than one attendee?
Confirm that the individual you are registering isn’t already registered. To help resolve this issue, please provide a screenshot of the error and describe the steps that led to it to registration@ncchamber.com.
Can I make changes to an attendee’s registration after submission?
Yes, you may log back into the portal linked in your confirmation email to edit attendee details. For changes after registration closes, contact registration@ncchamber.com to ensure updates are captured.
What’s the deadline to register?
Registration deadlines vary by event and are listed on our event page.
I am a member, but I am receiving the non-member pricing

Will I receive a copy of the attendee list?
Attendee lists are shared only with event sponsors. For sponsorship inquiries, please contact asutton@ncchamber.com.
What should I do if I can’t log into the portal?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. You may also find the confirmation email in your inbox, which will allow you to edit your registration using your confirmation number in the portal. If the issue persists, email registration@ncchamber.com for support.
