Registration
How do I access the sponsor portal?
You will receive a link to the sponsor portal via email after your sponsorship is confirmed. If you didn’t receive this or need the link, email sponsors@ncchamber.com for assistance.
The link may not be forwarded from one sponsor portal admin to another team member. To add an admin to your sponsor account, navigate to the “Team” section and add their contact information under “Admins.”
How do I register my sponsor attendees?
Option 1: Distribute the registration link to your team for self-registration. We recommend sponsor attendees register themselves to provide accurate allergy and other attendee-specific information.
- Login to the sponsor portal > Team > Add onsite registration > Share sign-up link > Select registration type > Sponsor > Copy link > Distribute to your team
Option 2: Register your team on their behalf
- Login to the sponsor portal > Team > Add onsite registration > Register booth staff (for all sponsors, even if no booth is included) > Select registration type > Sponsor > Launch event site > Complete all required fields for attendees (First name, last name, company, title, work phone number, work address, allergy information, etc.)
What if I’m getting an error when registering more than one attendee?
Check the “Team” section of the portal to confirm that the individual isn’t already registered. To help resolve this issue, please provide a screenshot of the error and describe the steps that led to it to sponsors@ncchamber.com.
Can I make changes to an attendee’s registration after submission?
Yes, you may log back into the sponsor portal to edit attendee details through the “Team” section of the portal. For changes after registration closes, contact sponsors@ncchamber.com to ensure updates are captured.
What’s the deadline for registering sponsor attendees?
Registration deadlines vary by event and are communicated via email and listed in the sponsor portal’s “Tasks” section. If you’re unsure about the deadline, please check your email or the sponsor portal.
Sponsor Deliverables
How do I submit sponsor deliverables in the portal?
Log into the sponsor portal and follow the instructions in the “Tasks” section for each deliverable. Ensure all required fields are completed before submission. If you encounter any errors when uploading files, email sponsors@ncchamber.com.
What logo file formats are accepted?
High-resolution or vector files (AI or EPS) are preferred for logos.
What’s the deadline for submitting my sponsor deliverables?
Deliverable deadlines vary by event and are listed in your sponsor portal’s “Tasks” section. Deadlines are also communicated via email. If you’re unsure about the deadline, please check your email or the sponsor portal.
Can I revise a deliverable after it’s been submitted?
Revisions are allowed before production deadlines. Submit updated materials by emailing sponsors@ncchamber.com. Changes submitted after the deadline may not be reflected in printed materials.

What benefits are included in my sponsorship package?
Your sponsorship benefits per event are detailed in the sponsorship brochure. For specific questions about your benefits, or for broader sponsorship inquiries, contact asutton@ncchamber.com.
Will I receive a copy of the attendee list?
Attendee list sharing is subject to NC Chamber policy and your sponsorship level. Typically, the attendee list is shared a few days before the event.
What should I do if I can’t log into the sponsor portal?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. If the issue persists, email sponsors@ncchamber.com for support.
How will my sponsor attendees receive their name tags?
Badges are distributed at onsite check-in. Ensure all attendees are registered in advance for a smooth process. We do have an on-site name tag printer for last minute substitutions.
