House Bill 130 is designed to give North Carolina’s job creators more choice over the energy sources that fuel their businesses, enabling them to fine-tune an optimal energy strategy well-suited to their unique power, heating, and cost-management needs.

We urge members of the N.C. House of Representatives to support House Bill 130 as a proactive step to protect job creators from the harmful and costly energy choice mandates we have begun to see in other states.
