A new transportation report from the NC Chamber Foundation and N.C. State’s Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE), Modernizing North Carolina’s Infrastructure Through Sustainable and Diversified Revenue Streams, outlines several viable options our leaders could use to replace or offset outdated transportation funding mechanisms here in North Carolina.
