Taylor Loy is serving as the Chamber Legal Institute Fellow at the NC Chamber this summer, where she works closely with the general counsel on key projects that support North Carolina’s business community. She looks forward to applying her legal research and analytical skills to advance the Chamber’s efforts to strengthen the state’s economic and regulatory landscape.
Taylor is a rising second-year student at the High Point University Kenneth F. Kahn School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in agricultural business management with a minor in history from NC State University. Taylor’s longstanding passion for agriculture was further kindled in high school through her active involvement with the National FFA Organization. After graduating from NC State, she completed an internship with Coastal Agrobusiness, where she worked alongside the company’s general counsel and accompanied the sales team to meet with clients across the state.
Taylor is committed to building a legal career focused on agricultural issues and looks forward to using her legal training to support North Carolina’s rural and agribusiness communities. Outside of work and law school, she enjoys competitive horseback riding and spending as much time as possible outdoors with her family.
