As Director of Executive Services and Board Engagement, Janel Pough serves as the direct assistant to NC Chamber President and CEO Gary Salamido, bringing over 30 years of executive-level administrative experience to the organization. Known for her thoughtful leadership and deep commitment to service, Janel plays a pivotal role in advancing the Chamber’s mission by supporting cross-functional collaboration among business leaders and job creators across North Carolina.
